SUN STATE MARTIAL ARTS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the services and products offered by Sun State Martial Arts (“we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to memberships, private lessons, merchandise, and private membership pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. MEMBERSHIPS AND PRIVATE LESSONS

Our memberships and private lessons are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase or sign-up. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by us regarding these services.

 

2.1 Staff Availability

While we strive to accommodate requests for specific staff members for classes or private lessons, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular staff member. Staff assignments are subject to change based on scheduling, staff availability, and other operational considerations. Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated.

 
3. MERCHANDISE

All sales of merchandise through our website are final. We offer exchanges for defective items in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

4. PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP PAGES

Access to our private membership pages is a privilege of membership. You agree not to share your access credentials with anyone. Any misuse of these pages, including the unauthorized sharing of information, may result in termination of your access to these pages and possible termination of your membership.

 

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use our services and products for lawful purposes only. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos, on our website and private membership pages are the property of Sun State Martial Arts or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

 

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

 

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services, without any advance notice.
