Refund and Returns Policy

SUN STATE MARTIAL ARTS RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL

This Return Policy applies to martial arts classes, private lessons, personal training sessions, and merchandise sold by Sun State Martial Arts (“we,” “our,” “us”). Please read this Return Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns and exchanges.

2. CLASSES, PRIVATE LESSONS, AND PERSONAL TRAINING

Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales of martial arts classes, private lessons, and personal training sessions are final. No refunds will be issued for these services under any circumstances once they are purchased.

2.1 Staff Availability

Please note that while we make every effort to accommodate preferences for specific instructors or trainers, the availability of specific staff members for classes, private lessons, or personal training sessions cannot be guaranteed. Staff assignments are subject to change based on scheduling, staff availability, and other operational considerations.

3. MERCHANDISE SALES

All sales of merchandise are final. However, we understand that occasionally, a product may have a manufacturer defect. In such cases, we are happy to exchange the defective item.

3.1 Defective Merchandise

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and details of the defect. Upon confirmation, we will facilitate an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer an exchange with a similar item of equal value.

3.2 Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange of defective merchandise, please return the item in its original packaging with the receipt to our location. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

4. EXCLUSIONS

Please note that any merchandise marked as ‘Final Sale’ is sold ‘as is’ and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Your use of our services or purchase of our products following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Return Policy as revised.
